Caring Teacher Comix

We’ve all had those moments... when a teacher went the extra mile, showed a random act of kindness or had an instrumental influence on us. We want to hear from you. We want to celebrate those moments. Because those moments are what make public education so vital.

Open to all to participate! Both written and visual moments wanted. Try to share why that teacher’s actions were important to you.

Submit your moment by email. Submissions can also be mailed to ATA Local 38.

  • All submissions must be received by February 28, 2019 to be eligible.
  • All acceptable submissions will be entered into a draw for a $100 gift card prize.
  • All acceptable submissions will be considered for comic creation. Decisions will be made by the Caring Teacher Comix sub-committee of ATA Local 38.
  • Prize and comic creation winners will be announced by March 7, 2019
  • All submissions shared may appear on this Caring Teacher web page.
