Editor ATA Glance,
The article on the Stepper Program shows that the determination of a few people has created great success for many. Has this program extended itself to other school? Now that a program, which has won a Mayor’s Award and achieved financial success, has been established, can it not be passed on as a model for other schools across this country. I applaud Mr. Allard’s work in this area. It would be a waste not to expand on this experience.
