Political Action Committee
Welcome to the Political Action Committee page.
This is a very active committee that promotes the engagement and involvement by teachers in activities related to provincial politics and education issues.
The committee consists of eight members elected for two-year terms. The Chair is elected by the membership at large. The committee typically meets once per month to discuss and plan events and activities.
And, as ever, we will prepare political activities for teachers to engage with during Teachers’ Convention.
The Political Action Committee always appreciates the support of Calgary Public Teachers, and welcomes feedback and suggestions.
