Return to Work
Return to Work
The employee who is able to return to full duties prior to Day 30 of their sick leave should inform the EHRC.
The employee who will return to full duties after Day 30 should inform the EHRC and submit a Return to Work Certificate.
The EHRC will submit a status change request to ECC requesting the employee’s status be changed to “active”.
The EHRC will send a memo confirming the return to work date to the employee, and copy Talent Management and the Principal / Supervisor.
Should the employee be deemed able to work with modified duties, or a gradual return, the EHRC, employee, and relevant stakeholders will develop a return to work plan.
